Many of us have been told that the only way to reach our goals is through suffering and deprivation. Similarly, we have been led to believe that in order to look our best we must feel our worst; some have even gone so far as to say that looking our best has little to do with feeling great or being healthy. Not only do I adamantly disagree with this way of thinking but I KNOW it to be untrue. Health is a prerequisite to the achievement of our goals and the foundation upon which future success is built.
Spending many years in the upper tier of professional bodybuilding has served to sharpen my knowledge regarding the relationship between health, performance and physical enhancement. At this point, I feel an almost obligatory desire to share what I’ve learned with others. It’s with great excitement and the utmost confidence that I am now offering nutrition and lifestyle guidance to those wanting to reach their goals in a way that is not only effective but supportive of long term success. I welcome both competitors and non-competitors alike. Whether the goal is to lose bodyfat, gain lean mass, increase strength or to simply feel better and have more energy, proper nutrition and a supportive lifestyle will be the difference between succeeding and failing.
